DORO WOT (STEW) $15
Traditional Ethiopian stew, slowly simmered in a blend of healthy robust spices, onions, berbere, and Enat’s spiced butter. Rich in flavor, with fall-off-the-bone chicken drumstick and a hard-boiled egg. If you like spicy, you will fall in love at first bite! (Homemade cheese on the side)
